Privacy

We only collect what we need to look after your booking or enquiry, and we never sell your details.

What we collect

When you send a booking request or an enquiry through this website, we receive the details you type in, such as your name, email, phone number, the date and time you'd like, and any notes.

What we use it for

• To confirm, change or follow up on your booking or enquiry
• To contact you if something about your booking changes

We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask us to.

Who else handles it

Our forms are delivered to our inbox by a third-party form service (FormSubmit), which also sends you an automatic confirmation email. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace and this website is hosted by Cloudflare. The map on our Visit page is provided by Google Maps, and online gift cards and event tickets are handled by Square and Humanitix under their own privacy policies.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare's privacy-friendly analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies or track you across other websites.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and enquiry emails only as long as we need them to look after you, then delete them.
